You may use Spark Pulse without creating an account. If you enable cloud sync (Sign in with Apple), you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You own your data. We do not claim ownership of the content you create in Spark Pulse.
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time via Settings → Account, or by emailing info@aios.lv.

Spark Pulse and its content (design, code, text, features) are owned by Aivis Karlsbergs. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Spark Pulse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aivis Karlsbergs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Spark Pulse.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed €50 or the amount you paid for the app in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.
Beta versions distributed via TestFlight:
Spark Pulse offers a free tier and an optional Spark Pulse+ subscription (monthly or yearly) with a 7-day free trial. Pricing is displayed in the app before purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel via your Apple ID account settings. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and subject to Apple's refund policy.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia (EU). Disputes shall be resolved in Latvian courts, unless EU consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes via the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
